LIFE Fasting

MacOS - Export Your Data

  1. Download the MacOS @lifeomic/cli tool for your computer: https://github.com/lifeomic/cli/releases/download/v13.13.0/lo-macos-x64.zip

  2. Open a Terminal

  3. Run unzip lo-macos-x64.zip to unzip the program.

  4. Run ./life-export

  5. Allow the downloaded programs life-export and lo to run through Apple Security's Gatekeeper on MacOS:

    1. Click Cancel instead of Move to Trash Gatekeeper warning for life-export Gatekeeper warning for lo
    2. Open MacOS System Settings > Privacy and Security and Allow Anyway for life-export and lo. Your admin password or touchid will be required to complete. Allow life-export Step 1 Allow life-export by using your password or touchid
    3. Go back to the Terminal and re-run ./life-export, this time click Open Gatekeeper now shows Open button
  6. Login using your account information that is either:

    1. Username (or email address) AND password
    2. Your Facebook login
    3. Your Google login

    Login page

  7. Once logged in successfully, this window may be closed. Return to the Terminal. Login page successful

  8. The Terminal will show your information extracted into FHIR resource documents:

Windows - Export Your Data

  1. Download the Windows @lifeomic/cli tool for your computer: https://github.com/lifeomic/cli/releases/download/v13.13.0/lo-windows-x64.zip

  2. Open a Command Prompt

  3. Run tar -xf lo-windows-x64.zip to unzip the program.

  4. Run life-export.exe

  5. Login using your account information that is either:

    1. Username (or email address) AND password
    2. Your Facebook login
    3. Your Google login

    Download, expand, and run life-export

  6. The Command Prompt will show your information extracted into FHIR resource documents: Windows auth successful
